We’re honored to be part of your beauty journey and strive to make every visit thoughtful, personalized, and smooth. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to review and honor the following policies.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. We deeply value your time and ours — and appreciate your understanding.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid impacting the next guest.In some cases, a late arrival may be considered a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy. Please plan accordingly to ensure you receive your full, beautiful service.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please notify us within 2 days of your appointment. We’ll be happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment to address your concerns. Adjustments are meant to perfect the original service — changes in direction, style, or color goals may require an additional appointment and service fee.

New Client Appointments

For all new color clients, a consultation form and inspiration photos are required prior to booking. This ensures we fully understand your goals and can reserve the appropriate amount of time for your transformation.

Children and Additional Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment solo. Only those receiving services will be permitted in the salon space.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.
